4. Pricing, Billing & Currency Conversion

In the event of a typographical pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refund the affected order prior to fulfillment.

5. Order Acceptance, Availability & Cancellation

Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit product order quantities, reject bulk reseller orders, or cancel transactions due to out-of-stock sizes or suspected credit card fraud. If an order is canceled after billing, a 100% refund will be issued promptly.

6. Payment Gateways & Security Standards

We process payments through trusted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways, including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You warrant that you have lawful authority to use the selected payment method. We do not store sensitive payment card details on our servers.

7. Standard Shipping Rates & Delivery Policies

We provide trackable international delivery across North America, the UK, Europe, and Australia. Our shipping fee structure is transparent:

• Free Standard Shipping: Qualified on all orders with a subtotal exceeding $69.00 USD.
• Flat-Rate Standard Shipping: A fixed fee of $7.00 USD applies to orders totaling under $69.00 USD.
• Orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. Estimated cross-border delivery is 7 to 15 business days depending on destination customs clearance.

8. Customs Duties, Import Tariffs & VAT

For cross-border orders delivered outside the United States (including the UK, EU, and Canada), orders may be subject to local import taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT), or customs handling fees upon entry into the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a package is rejected by the recipient due to unpaid duties, outbound shipping fees will not be refunded.

9. 30-Day Commercial Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind our fan gear with a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date of carrier delivery confirmation to initiate a return or exchange. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, unaltered, and retained in original packaging with all swing tags and stitched patches attached. 10. Custom & Personalized Merchandise Exemptions

Under international consumer trade exceptions, items customized to buyer specifications (such as custom player names, bespoke jersey numbers, or tailored championship event patches) are non-returnable and non-refundable once production starts, unless a manufacturing defect or spelling discrepancy is committed on our part.

11. Statutory EU & UK 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers within the European Union and the United Kingdom possess the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving goods without specifying grounds. Our 30-day voluntary return policy extends beyond this statutory right and provides additional convenience.

12. Defective Merchandise & Damaged In-Transit Claims

If you receive a flawed jersey (e.g., loose embroidery, broken zippers, wrong player kit, or transport rips), notify us at jerseyhelp@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defects. Upon verification, Elite Jersey Hub will arrange a free reshipment or issue a 100% full refund at our expense.
